Do I need experience to start?
No. Beginners are very welcome, and we will help you settle into class with confidence.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are recommended but not necessary.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. We provide all equipment. You may wish to bring water.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Private sessions are available for those who prefer individual instruction or have specific goals.
How many people are in each class?
We keep class sizes small to ensure clear instruction and a better overall experience. Reformer classes 2-6 people. Mat classes 4-10 people.
How do I book?

What is the difference between Reformer and mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses specialised equipment to add resistance and support, creating a more strength-focused workout.
Mat Pilates uses bodyweight exercises to build core strength, control, and mobility.
Will the classes be challenging?
Yes. Classes are designed to be effective and appropriately challenging, with options to adjust intensity depending on your level.
How often should I attend?
We recommend 2–3 times per week for the best results, but even one session per week can make a noticeable difference.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you retain the class credit.
